Legal disclosure
Please read this disclosure carefully before using TRUSS LP. By using this website, the TRUSS LP vaults, TRUSSV or the TRUSS Liq. Pool, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted it.

1. Information only, not advice
Everything on this website, including the documentation, the rankings, the simulations, the charts and any message from the team, is general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or deposit any token or to use any strategy. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should consider whether TRUSS LP is appropriate for you and seek independent professional advice before using it.
2. No offer or solicitation
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, financial product or other investment in any jurisdiction. TRUSSV is a digital token that represents a share of the assets held by the TRUSS VAULT smart contract, as defined by that contract. It does not give you any ownership of, claim against or share in the profits of any company or person, any voting or governance right, or any right other than those the smart contract itself enforces.
3. Risk of loss
Using TRUSS LP involves a high degree of risk, and you may lose some or all of the assets you deposit or acquire. Risks include, among others, falls in token prices, loss to price movement in liquidity positions, changes in emissions and rewards, low liquidity, failed or costly swaps, smart-contract defects, third-party protocol failures, network outages, operational errors, and regulatory change. A stop loss reduces some risks but does not guarantee an exit at or near your chosen level. The Risks page describes these in more detail. Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.
4. No guarantee of performance
There is no guaranteed return. APRs, rankings, simulated results, back-tested figures and past performance are estimates or records of the past. They do not predict future results. Simulated results are hypothetical, are produced by models that rely on assumptions, and may differ materially from what a real vault experiences, including because of fees, swap costs, timing and market conditions.
5. Self-custody and your responsibilities
Your TRUSS LP vault is a smart contract owned by your wallet, and TRUSSV is held in your own wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys and seed phrase, and for checking every transaction and message before you sign it. Lost keys or mistaken transactions cannot be recovered or reversed by TRUSS LP. Blockchain transactions are final.
6. Smart contracts and third parties
TRUSS LP relies on smart contracts deployed on Base and on third-party protocols and services, including Aero, Uniswap, swap aggregators, wallet software, RPC providers and the Base network. These may contain bugs, be exploited, change, or stop working, and TRUSS LP does not control them. TRUSS LP’s own contracts cannot be upgraded, so a defect cannot be fixed in place, and some of their source code is not yet verified on Basescan (see the Contracts page).
7. Automated management and owner settings
Vault positions are managed by automated software that may make decisions you would not make, may be delayed or unavailable, and may act on inaccurate data. The TRUSS LP owner wallets can change certain settings within the limits set in the smart contracts, as described on the Contracts and TRUSS VAULT pages. Using TRUSS LP means trusting the operators with those settings.
8. Fees
Fees are described on the Fees page and may change within the limits enforced by the smart contracts. Network gas fees, pool fees, price impact and any fees charged by third parties are separate.
9. Eligibility and local laws
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this arrangement. TRUSS LP is not intended for anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful, or for any person or entity subject to sanctions. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws, regulations and restrictions that apply to you, including any that restrict access to digital-asset products.
10. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of TRUSS LP, including on deposits, swaps, emissions, fees, TRUSSV and withdrawals. TRUSS LP does not provide tax reporting or tax advice.
11. No warranty and limitation of liability
The website, software and smart contracts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the team behind TRUSS LP and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of funds, profits or data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, TRUSS LP. Nothing in this disclosure excludes any liability or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
12. Information may change
Figures, screenshots and descriptions on this website are believed to be accurate when published but may be incomplete or out of date. The smart contracts on-chain are the final authority on how TRUSS LP works. This disclosure may be updated at any time; the date above shows the latest version.
