Fees
TRUSS LP is paid for running the book, not for holding your keys. Setup is one dollar. You pay gas only on that registration. Ongoing take is a cut of emissions and a small margin on swaps we route.
The product
TRUSS LP is automated LP management. You send funds to a vault you own. We take care of the address — width, rebalances, sit-out, harvests — until you withdraw. The client’s job is to decide which pool to invest in, and when to cash out. Nothing else.
Schedule
| Item | Rate | When |
|---|---|---|
| Vault setup | $1.00 | Once, inside createVaultAndDeposit. Not on top-ups. |
| Minimum deposit | $100 | Working size after setup. Below that the range cannot pay for its own rebalances. |
| Emissions share | 8.0% | Of gauge / AERO / equivalent emissions harvested into the vault. 92% remains yours. |
| Swap margin | 3 bps (0.03%) | On notional of aggregator swaps the desk routes, including rebalances and dust legs. |
| Management fee | None | No AUM fee. |
| Performance fee on PnL | None | We do not take a cut of IL-adjusted profit. |
| Withdrawal | None | Kill and sweep are uncharged at the protocol layer. |
| Operational gas | Ours | TRUSS LP pays gas for running the book. You pay gas only on the initial registration transaction. |
Why emissions, not NAV
An AUM fee would charge you for sitting out — exactly when the maths says a position is not useful. Taking a slice of emissions charges the book when the book is actually in the pool earning incentives. Swap margin charges the flow the strategy itself generates (rebalances, sit-out harvest, dust). Both line up with costs in Π(w).
Pool swap fees paid to the LP position are not skimmed. If the position earned $10 of in-range fees, $10 accrues to the vault. Our swap margin applies only when we send a swap through an aggregator, not to the passive fee the pool pays LPs.
Gas and venue fees
You pay network gas on the initial registration — the createVaultAndDeposit transaction that mints your vault and takes the $1 setup fee. After that, TRUSS LP pays gas for the automated book: minting, rebalancing, harvesting, sitting out, and re-entering. You do not fund a gas wallet for the bot.
Aerodrome / Uniswap / aggregator venue fees are the venues’. TRUSS LP does not mark those up beyond the 3 bp swap margin above. Quotes on the ticket already include that margin, so the number you sign is the number you get, minus ordinary slippage inside min-out.
